BOOKING CONDITIONS 1. The arrangements are made subject to the conditions and receipt of the booking fee and the client understands and agrees these conditions.2. When booking the villa, the deposit will be retained and go towards the cost of the clients holiday. We cannot accept responsibility for any delays in receipt of the deposit and our confirmation of the same. An invoice will be sent 10 weeks before departure for the remaining balance, when we require an immediate payment. 3. We reserve the right to alter or cancel any holiday accommodation, if in the event the accommodation cannot be provided for any reason beyond our control. In this circumstance a full refund of the total sums received will be granted.4. If the client should cancel the holiday, or we cancel the arrangements due to the client’s failure to pay the balance within the time allowed before departure, a cancellation charge will be levied based on the following

We can not accept liability for any death, personal injury, sickness, accidents, loss (including luggage and personal effects), increased expenses or any misadventure being incurred or suffered as the result of the act of default of any company, firm, or person concerned with the provision of your holiday arrangements who are not employed by us. 7. The booking is accepted by us on the basis that all persons travelling and listed on the booking form hold adequate travel insurance and medical cover. 8. All parties travelling should satisfy themselves that they meet all current USA Visa entry requirements. If for any reason entry is not permitted to the USA, this will not constitute a breach of contract by us. 9. We will not be held responsible in any way if cancellation or change is due to weather, war, riots, civil commotion, terrorist activities, air strikes, disaster, technical problems with transportation, alteration or cancellation of air or non-services of any event beyond our control. 10. Persons/children under the age of 18 cannot be accepted unless accompanied by a parent or adult. 11. On change over days, we request that outgoing clients vacate the property by 10 AM Incoming guests can gain access from 4PM unless otherwise agreed with the owner.12. Pool heating. We do not imply and we cannot guarantee the temperature of the pool, as this will vary according to several factors, the main one being the prevailing weather conditions. In the event of pool heat breaking down you will be refunded pool heat charges for the number of proven days the heater is out of action. No other action will be taken or compensation paid. 13. Guests using the rental home are responsible for
all damage (whether accidental or not) and missing inventory items occurring
during their stay and the cost of repair/replacement or of exceptional
cleaning charges or fines. Please note that guest liability in this respect
is not limited to the amount of the security deposit. 14. Swimming pool: We will not accept liability for injury howsoever caused, as a result of the use of the swimming pool. Guests are specifically requested not to allow unsupervised children to use the swimming pool. 15. No pets allowed 16. Only persons listed on the booking form will be permitted to stay in the villa unless previously agreed with the owner.17. Florida is a tropical state, insects, cockroaches, frogs, snakes etc.,
are part and parcel of the way of life. Their presence in no way reflects
the cleanliness of the home and not cause for complaints or compensation.
18. The lead guest must fully inspect the home and report any damage or deficiency to the owner’s manager within the first twenty-four (24) hours of their stay. Thereafter any damage or deficiency found following the guest’s departure would be attributable solely to the lead guest and their party. |
